Module 1: Understanding Virtual Assistance & Getting in the Right Mindset
In this module, you’ll learn what a virtual assistant really is, the different types of VA services you can offer, and the foundational skills that make a great VA. We’ll also talk about mindset—because shifting from employee to business owner (especially as a mom) takes confidence, boundaries, and belief in yourself. This is your starting line!

Module 2: Laying the Legal & Professional Foundation
This module walks you through how to legally set up your VA business with confidence. We’ll cover choosing between an LLC or sole proprietorship, registering your business, finding insurance, and writing your first client contract. You’ll also learn how to build a VA-optimized resume, polish your LinkedIn, and create a simple portfolio to showcase your services—even if you're brand new.

Module 3: Tech, Tools, & Financial Foundations
Let’s get into the tools and systems you’ll need to run your business smoothly. This module covers invoicing platforms, how to track income and expenses, and how to prep for self-employment taxes without overwhelm. You’ll also learn how to set up a productive home office, choose the right tech, and master the VA software clients expect you to know (don’t worry—it’s easier than it sounds!).

Module 4: Finding Clients, Pricing, & Launching Your VA Business
Now that you’ve built the foundation, it’s time to launch! In this final module, we’ll cover where and how to find clients (even without experience), how to price your services, and how to manage your time like a pro.
